IlKaiser is a citizen of Italy.
He was born in October 13th 2012 (Day 1789 of the New World), still living.
He's known for being several times Italian Minister of Economy and for being elected President of Italy for March 2014 term.

Politics
ilKaiser took his first steps in politics in Aquila et Gladius party although there was never actual real militancy in it (as he himself states in an article of his). ilKaiser, during the congressional elections of October, the pressure to the Board of Aquila et Gladius to be nominated for congress, with no success. A month later, he realizes that his political activities in Aquila et Gladius have come to an end, so he decides to change the way and joins the party La Giovane eItalia. In November, during the period of the conference, party president wrennina believes in him and candidates him for Congress. He then manages to become a member of Italian Congress, but that's not all: in December he runs, again and again, he's elected member of Congress.
In January 2013 he began his adventure and experience in President God Dark's theocratic government as deputy Minister of Economy and was re-elected member of congress on January elections. In February becomes Minister of Economy under President Mapplna's government, but its important step accomplishes in March and is a candidate for the presidency as Country President. Political parties La Giovane Italia and Lux et Ratio support him and gets 192 votes unfortunately not sufficient to secure him the presidency of the nation. In March 2013 he became party president of La Giovane eItalia.
In April returns in full force as Minister of Economy in President Narcissus16's government. Also in April around day 19 ilKaiser leaves the party La Giovane eItalia to land in the political party Lux et Ratio. In May returns for the umpteenth time Minister of Economy in President Ciccardo's government. In June 2013, for the government of President Castell militarista he is chosen as Minister of Economy and then again a second transitional provision in the creation of the ESS becomes responsible of that. In July, for President Dot Hunty's government, he is proposed once again as Minister of Economy. In September is removed as ESS manager.
In October, the government led by President Atlius puts him back as ESS manager, which is dedicated exclusively in the following months, with the help of his collaborators. During these months, he leaves Lux et Ratio party; at first, he stays with no parties, then, in December, he briefly gets back to La Giovane eItalia from which will come out after a few days. In January, he returned to the government, under President scricciolo, as deputy minister of the economy, and in Lux et Ratio party. The next month will be dedicated to ESS and prepare the team and the program to run for president of the nation, a goal that this time he managed to succeed thanks to a few votes.
In 2014, ilKaiser becomes an active member of HALO political party and in newer time he is active member of New Italian Order party.
ESS
ESS is the acronym for Ente Statale per le Sovvenzioni (translateable as National Department for Subsidies), which is a national organization created by the Congress whose internal management is delegated to an administrator. The goal of the agency is to provide loans for gyms or for companies.
The agency was created by ilKaiser, who wrote, with the help of Yamisuke and caleroide, the law establishing and subsequently the first charter. Following the hesitation of ilKaiser and a media event about one of the NOs assigned to the department, Congress revoked him and appointed benvenuti in california as new ESS manager. After about a month, due to the resignation of the latter, the government Atlius II revisited ilKaiser as a manager, alongside HeRmEs 82 and Reynas as assistants, Congress approved and so ilKaiser ended up to rewrite the actual charter.
During his second term as ESS manager, he improved tools at its disposal and doubled the budget available to the Agency thanks to private donations. Although he is no longer manager of the department, having left the baton to Reynas, even today, many approach for solving doubts and questions on how to submit your request or to ask information about the activities of the department.
Military
Began his military career by becoming a member of the Italian Army then became captain of one of its regiments. After several months of membership in Italian Army, it comes out for two weeks and became second in command of a small MU - Ghostbusters - from which will be released by joining Elite eItaliana, where he's still located.
As President of the country has promoted a victorious campaign in France that raised a little the morale of the nation and then fought Slovenia, while, in the meantime, the peninsula was freed from Serbian presence. At the end of his term, ilKaiser, left the nation free from Slovenia and Serbia, with only the hostile presence of France who in the meantime had taken control of some southern regions.
