The Imperial Knights of Dio were first founded as a paramilitary unit of the Dioist Brotherhood Political Party on Day 3,736 under another name. It had lack luster activity for most of its existence until Day 4,232 when Commander Oukasai renamed the Military Unit and began more open recruitment, for reasons involving World War VII.
The goals of its cadre are in line with those of the Stardust Crusaders and the advancement of Pakistani People in Za Warudo.
