Iowa is a region of the United States of America. Its capital is Des Moines.

History
Iowa was occupied by Russia for a period during World War III.
On June 4, 2011 it was occupied by Spain as part of the USA-Spain War during World War V. It was then reconquered by Spain on June 4, 2011 during the third Spanish invasion of the war.
