Ip Lockard was an influential member of the People's Communist Party (PCP) and the United Kingdom since February 2008. He found out about the game at that same time as his brother, former president, KIA Sneak through different means. Together they have created the PCP.

Early Days
Ip Lockard first joined the UKAP (United Kingdom Action Party) due to it being the most left oriented party at the time. On the 1st of February he voted against party lines for Kaleb because he did not have faith in his own parties candidate as president and disagreeing with the 313 takeover policy.
Politics
On the 10th of February Ip Lockard stood as the only candidate of note in the party elections. Being the only candidate to post a manifesto he was comprehensively elected by a large margin. During his first month as president he held talks with KIA Sneak and they decided to rename and reform the party and the PCP began its growth. Some other active members of the time were Silverwolfe and 4026.
In March, Ip Lockard ran for president but aimed to have Kaleb elected this time over Paul Hudson. The PCP also made large congress gains.
In April, the growth of the PCP began picking up members like SBJ, PB and Frufru as well as Sam010. During April and May there was a significant campaign for new members and in the June elections Ip ran for president himself. Unfortunately it was not his time and many members of the PCP held their vote until the end of the day in order to make sure that Final Destiny of The Unity Party was elected.
In June Ip Lockard stepped down from the PCP president role in order to enjoy some time holidaying around Europe.
Economy
Ip Lockard has vast experience in the economy as the Chancellor of the Exchequer in April and May. He is also a shareholder and GM of the People's Initiative, a group of companies owned and ran by PCP members for low profits to provide employment and cheap goods for the consumers.
Media
AmnestErepublik is the newspaper owned and published by Ip Lockard. He won the e-Pulitzer in August, splitting the prize with Tim09 for an article on the controlled economy. Ip has been a regular journalist for Inter-pol, an international newspaper organisation ran by Skinny Bones Jones. This paper was in the top 5 active papers in the UK.
Ip Lockard was admin of the UK Forums.
