History

Books.jpg This page contains fictional information. (What's this?)

JKD was born in the United States, los angles some time in the 1970’s into a commune of cats living in the back ally dumpster behind an Arby's. His mother gave birth to a astounding 32 kittens before dieing of exhaustion. Of all the kittens JKD was the only one not stillborn and horribly deformed. According to the other cats who witnessed the birthing, JKD’s brothers and sisters were born with human lips, teeth, eyes, ears and nails, according to one cat’s account there was even a kitten born with the body of a baby human and the head of a kitten (citation needed). The kittens deformities were reported to taste not of human flesh, but this may have little ground considering the commune only tasted the flesh of the homeless.

As a kitten, JKD appeared normal enough and was raised by another mother in the commune. As JKD grew, it became more and more apparent he was not like other cats. He made the strangest sounds and it quickly separated him from the other cats. He was known as the strange voiced one. JKD began distancing himself more and more from the commune as he learned to fend for himself. Eventually he left the commune and started to explore the city he was born in. It was during this time that he grew to love houses and architecture as explored the outsides, (and secretly the insides as well) of many buildings.

Smarter than the average cat, JKD learned how to open refrigerators, cabinets and quickly recognize foods he liked. He also learned to clean up after him self so he could raid a house over and over, with out them suspecting anything out of the ordinary.

Over time JKD learned to recognize human speech and writing but nothing much came of it, as JKD was always by himself living the life of a loner.

This continued until one day JKD happened by a window where some of the FINEST lasagna JKD had ever whiffed was cooling. Unable to control himself jkd set himself upon the lasagna and was caught by a man name John Arbuckle. It was from this meeting that their relationship began. John Arbuckle, a economist working at Washington Mutual Banking. Over time JKD learned to communicate with John only to use said speaking ability to insult John and make bitter sarcastic remarks at his expense. Jim Davis, a aspiring cartoonist and friend of John found this hilarious, and used it as inspiration for his comic series Garfield.

As the years went by JKD talent at economics grew. With JKD advising him John Arbuckle was promoted in his company and climbed the success ladder to the very top. In return JKD enjoyed the luxuries’ and pleasures of secretly being the most brilliant economist in the United States. John let JKD pick out a beautiful (but according to JKD very dumb) purebred cat to buy as his wife. Together they raised a litter of normal kittens and JKD was content.

But one day in a vision a man in yellow and black came to JKD. His name was Dio. Dio told JKD of coming war, of the Swedes, Double Spaniards, and a new country called Pakistan that would save the world from itself. Dio needed JKD to lead Pakistan’s economy, and in trade, when it was all over, he said he would give JKD his deepest wish: to become a human. JKD was told to come to the Capital of Pakistan if he was interested. He left that very night with leaving only a typed note on the refrigerator saying:

“Went to Pakistan, wont be coming back, goodbye John.”
