Jesus Hernandez was a citizen of Venezuela who served two terms as President of Venezuela.
Not very active in military service, he was very active in politics of Venezuela. Served several terms as party president of M.S.U.V. and represented nation as President of Venezuela on two occasions.
He is the press director of El Libertario.
