Biography
He came to Erepublik during the invasion of Canada by PEACE GC. He then moved to Spain after the battle for Ontario, and after that journied to Florida. After being in Florida, he saw some recruitment for the Canadian Armed Forces, and joined. He quickly got a rank of Corporal, and, later on, became Commander of the 12th.
About
Jsboutin is a very active member of the eCanadian society, he was Minister of Defence in December 2010.
Politics
He is an active member of the Democratic Action League and has been in congress once. He's not a political man and the following quote somes up his feel about them, "Congress is the opposite of Progress sums it up".
Military
He has achieved a military rank of 
Lt Colonel*** and has been awarded 6 Super Soldier medals. He's a long time member of the Canadian Armed Forces. He's also the previous commander of the 12th, a previous PMO.
He's currently a Supply officer and Infantry Commander. He's also a very respected member in CAF for all his services and dedication.
