Citizen died from permanent banning sometime in the summer of 2009.
Juanmarraco was a citizen of Spain.
He started his political career in the ARDE party, when the ARDE party was dissolved, he stayed there and founded with Vitoria-Gasteiz friends the Partido del Comercio y el Bebercio, a joke party in Spain.
He was elected mayor of Vitoria with the ARDE party, and his trollist government included a propose to exile the opposition municipal leader, Jondalar.
He stand for elections again in September, but he lost against Jondalar, in a strange election (where more than 25 votes where placed at 4am, spanish time).
After the disolution of Partido del Comercio y el Bebercio, he decided to leave, but before doing that, he joined Ciudadanos y Democracia.
In February 2009 he returned and he was elected congressman of Spain in the Basque Country.
He has achieved a military rank of V1 Colonel. Super Soldier medal was awarded to Juanmarraco.
El Correo Borracho is the newspaper owned by Juanmarraco.
