Juanmarraco was a citizen of Spain.
He started his political career in the ARDE party, when the ARDE party was dissolved, he stayed there and founded with Vitoria-Gasteiz friends the Partido del Comercio y el Bebercio, a joke party in Spain.
He was elected mayor of Vitoria with the ARDE party, and his trollist government included a propose to exile the opposition municipal leader, Jondalar.
He stand for elections again in September, but he lost against Jondalar, in a strange election (where more than 25 votes where placed at 4am, spanish time).
