Kiojurgenus, also known as the Crio Genio (Genius Child, in spanish), was a spanish citizen, member of Ciudadanos y Democracia, party which he represented on september's legislature, charge gotten by his friendship with hans kelsen, made while he worked on the Ministery of Justice under his command.[1] He made a good job while reporting multi-accounts on his firsts months of life, being a major resposable on the bannishment of many networks of these in his country, specially vinculed to the bussiness world.[2]

He was elected as congress member again on the october elections, but soon resigned from his duties on discrepancy with the current electoral system and was sustituted by Usul.[3] He presented himself to congress later on V1 elections of october, as freelance on Canary Islands, but didn't got elected.

He is known for his incredible capacity to flood forums with his comments, which made many people to classify him as a "troll", while others approve those posts that sometimes are correct.

He is probably one of the citizens that more times has announced his retirement, but never accomplished it.[4] He was permanent banned on february 2009,[1] but came back a month later as Crio Genio V8.
