Kixtart is the first King of the 
Netherlands, before that he has been a congressman for many terms in this country for Iron & Wine. Kixtart is one of the two Administrators of the official forum of the Netherlands situated at Netherlands Forum.
Beginning
Kixtart was born as Osxy on the 82nd day of The New World as a Dutch citizen. He was one of the oldest living citizens of the United Netherlands in 2015. His main interest laid at his companies. Bakker Bart (Q4 food) was one of the oldest and most profitable companies in United Netherlands.
Political History
Osxy was one of the first members of the Gathering of Tweakers party. Right from the start, he became a Congress member for his party. Since the party GoT merged with Iron&Wine he becomes a member of that party and was there for a while. In his history in the Dutch government, he has been Minister of Finances for several periods and one period of Minister of Defence.
Economic role
Osxy was an owner of Bakker Bart, a Q4 food company exporting to different countries and with that earning gold for the United Netherlands economics. When searching for new opportunities he bought W Life, a Q2 housing company, and made it a successful Q4 housing company named Bart de Bouwer. He has been active in the grain sector where he owned Q3 company. He was known to be one of the richest inhabitants of the United Netherlands. He also owned organization named GM osxy.
Military role
Osxy fought for PEACE during his military career.
