Congressman twice, one in the Beta Version, the other one on the Period Oct/26/2009 to Nov/25/2009. Party president on the period Oct/16/2009 to Nov/15/2009 of the [Partido Democratico de Venezuela | PDV]. One of the authors of the P.D.V first Constitution. Also he participate in the coup d'etat made to Lucios Nava ,o September 2009, for his extreme actions against the Venezuela Constitution, also called "Madrugonazo"
