He was an active member in the Venezuelan community and inside the Partido Democratico de Venezuela (PDV).

Congress member twice, once in the Beta Version, the other one in the Period Oct/26/2009 to Nov/25/2009.

Party president in the period Oct/16/2009 to Nov/15/2009 of the [Partido Democratico de Venezuela]. In October 2009, the PDV relaunched with a new charter and started the period of transition and adaptation, headed by its party president KvZoN.

One of the authors of the Partido Democratico de Venezuela first Constitution.

Also he participated in the coup d'etat made to Lucios Nava, on September 2009, for his extreme actions against the Venezuelan Constitution, also called "Madrugonazo"
