L'Incompétent (The Incompetent) is an French satiric newspaper. Its pages are full of nonsense, false or misunderstood info, with a good taste of rotten news.
It is written in French language; even eRepublik's usual words (gold, wellness, train, work...) are translated into French.
Its Director is the ignominious Theusz Hamtaahk.
