He loves Dick_dastardly, he claims they're married and in a romantic affair to which they cannot show their true feelings. He's a superhero in disguise and flies around at night, in the game he's your average player, so average in fact he's hardly seen and therefore would make a great spy for the ministry of defence. If only Canada had a Ministry of Defence. He's also the illegitimate love-child of Saltydog and Dycey Farley.
Politics 
He was a proud member of the Military Dictatorship Party. He served several times as Congressman of Canada. He was also a member of EPIC.
When he moved to United Kingdom, Leo switched through several parties, including The Unity Party, People's Communist Party, where he served as Congress member, and Kool Kids Klub, where he is today.
Military
He was amongst the strongest fighters in the Independent Legion and he was a member of Ryldes Roughnecks and Royal Army Dental Corps. Today he is fighting for Pirate Cats.
