Leto is a military alliance consisting of 8 countries.
It was founded by 
Belarus, 
Colombia, 
Israel, 
Portugal, 
Republic of China (Taiwan) and 
Republic of Moldova after TWO was dissolved. It consists of ex-ACT or ex-proTWO smaller countries. It is an organization subsidiary of Asteria alliance.
Formation
On February 25, 2014 (Day 2289 of the New World) Leto was founded by Belarus, Colombia, Israel, Portugal, Republic of China (Taiwan) and Republic of Moldova[1].
On March 7, 2014 (Day 2299 of the New World) 
Canada and 
France have joined the alliance[2].
