lic_ptg was a citizen of Romania. Originally he was named lic_ciprian.

During his life, he was a member of eUniunea Gamerilor Democrati. He served one term as Congressman.

He is mostly known for the role he played in the Romanian take over in Russia. He was chosen to represent Romania at the Russian presidential elections in January 2009. The take over was successful, lic_ptg finishing ahead of Creos at a distance of only 13 votes. However, only a couple of days in office, an impeachment has been proposed by MooMooFarm which was adopted 14-0 and lic_ptg was removed from the office^[1].

He received a permanent ban for administering multiple accounts.
