Lightning is a citizen of UK.

He was born on day 1517, during a period when the UK was wiped by France, Canada and Ireland. After a brief period of two clicking, he was encouraged to join Every Single One and the forums by the then recruitment officer for ESO, Lily Jayne Summers. He flourished under the guidance of the party and sister military unit and is a regular on the party forum.
