Lord Penguin, born as James McNamara, was a citizen of 
Canada.
Synopsis
James is a well known Canadian writer. He's very famous for writing his "Penguin Comics" which describe things going on in erepublik through his penguin perspective!
Politics
When he joined the game, James McNamara stayed out of politics, before joining the Canadian Paradox Party in July of 2009. He was a 2-clicker and did nothing, mainly because he was more interested in another thing at the time.
When Canada was wiped off the map by Peace in the summer of 2009, James fled to Greece after the battle of Ontario, coming back after the liberation of Alberta.
From there he joined the Canadian Progressive Front in September of 2009. Again like before he was a two clicker, until April of 2010 when he got into Congress for the first time under the CPF banner, he ran in Saskatchewan.
He has been in Congress on several occasions under the CPP banner.
Military
He was the Commander of The Honey Bagers, before they were renamed to The Knights of Lord Penguin.
Media
He is the press director of Lord Penguins Herald, which also changed name on several occasions when it was named Penguin Power and Honey Bager.
