eLife History
Lucifel is a 
Portuguese Citizen, born on August 21th, 2008. He is a well known player, very active and competent. He has held various public positions such as government advisor, Minister, Vice-President and President, having rulled ePortugal for 4 consecutive mandates.
Personality Cult
When Lucifel became President of ePortugal, no one could have known that he would unite the country in a successfully campaign against both eMexico and eVenezuela. It was under his tutelage that Portugal created for the first time a colonial Empire in eRepublik.
These military victories, along with Portugal joining EDEN at the time, created a personality cult around Lucifel, that would culminate in him being crowned Emperor of Portugal. This was indeed a time when Portugal changed completely and the population still thanks him for that. Articles such as this one prove the love of the population for this President. Nowadays, he still serves as an advisor to the Portuguese President and many anxiously await his return to the throne.
He was nominated the best Portuguese by an internal voting.
