Elvis joined Templierii on 8 March 2013. Initially a member of 9th Regiment, he was transferred to 21th Regiment. On 15 March 2013, Luis Elvis was elected captain of 21th regiment of Templierii. He expelled 10 players from regiment, and on 8 April 2013, he resigned and moved to Cruciatii.
