Luis Elvis is a citizen of Romania.
He was the ambassador of the country in Italy until he was removed from the office after one week. He became a communist.

Early life
Luis Elvis was born on 28 August 2012, in Crisana, Romania. He was known as Romanian nationalist, who was fighting for his country. Elvis was a member of Ordinul Dragonului, after he joined Garda Nationala and after that he fight as voluntary in the American armed forces.
Politics
Luis Elvis was a member of Partidul Liberal from November 2012 to February 2013. He was named ambassador of Romania in Italy, taking office on 18 February 2013. A week after that, he was dismiss by the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Elvis was expelled from PL on 25 February.
Partidul Comunist din Romania
He joined Partidul Comunist din Romania on 2 March 2012. Was a member of the Reformist Fraction, formed under the leadership of pArAzit23. On 16 March, Luis Elvis was named vice-president of PCdR, according with the victory of pArAzIt23 in the party elections. On 29 March 2013, he was named State-Secretary of the Media Ministry, under the minister Ovidiu Sky, former liberal party-colleague. He was the autor of the party status and founder of the new official discussion area. On 15 April 2013, Elvis was elected president of PCdR, with 100% of votes. He organized a meeting on 18 April 2013, but no one came. A day after, Partidul Comunist din Romania was dissolved for inactivity.
Partidul Socialist Roman
On 19 April 2013, Luis Elvis founded a new party, named Partidul Socialist Roman.
Military career
Luis Elvis begun his military career as a member of Ordinul Dragonului, after he moved to Garda Nationala. He was a member of Soimii Patriei, under he was expelled from the military unit. Elvis joined Templierii on 8 March 2013. Initially a member of 9th Regiment, he was transferred to 21th Regiment. On 15 March 2013, Luis Elvis was elected captain of 21th regiment of Templierii. He expelled 10 players from regiment, and on 8 April 2013, he resigned and moved to Cruciatii.
Literature
Luis Elvis was known as poet. He published on his diary 4 poems, Sa zdrobim invadatorii, Valahian, Balada sinucigasului and Secera si ciocanul.
