Kazuto is a citizen of Portugal also known as Mr Kirito. eSon of HK416 that helped quite early in the game. Kazuto is a first division player, focused on political and military part of the game. He is a member of the military unit Havoc Legion. Usually occupy one of the seats in Congress, and so far has held several positions in government. He ran for Country Presidency for the first time in June 2014 and he won!
