Maksim Chuikov was born in the Moscow region (01.09.2009 (day 286)), he's been a member of the Communist Party of Soviet Union since his birth. He's been an official representive from the Commissariat of Foreign Affairs to the Internationale, he's currently working as the party's new Commissar of Trade and Labor.
