Manitoba is a region in Canada and its capital is Winnipeg.

History

As consequence of an advancement by PEACE Global Community on the continent in Summer of 2009 Manitoba was involved in many battles. First, on July 19, France occupied the region, but then Canadians liberated the region on July 25. Three days later, French again reoccupy the region and give the region to the United Kingdom only one day later - on July 30. On the same day, UK ceded the region to the Hungary which controlled the region until it was captured by a combination of American, Canadian, and EDEN forces on October 21. It was given a Q5 hospital on April 2nd 2010.

Following the introduction of eRepublik Rising, Manitoba no longer had any hospitals or defence systems. Manitoba is quite well protected from battle as it is surrounded by other Canadian regions to the north, east and west, and their allies, the United States of America to the south.
