meza was a politician from France. He served three terms successively as President of France from April 2008 until June 2008 as a member of Parti Social Démocrate. In March 2009, together with 5 colleagues, he founded a new political party - La MOULE. In August 2009, after the resignation of Nbatteur, he served terms a new time as President of France with La MOULE and PK alliance Party.
He was a soldier in the 48e Bataillon de Sapeurs Télégraphistes and CHILLAX military units.
