Mixalberto is a citizen of Spain. He started his political career in Nueva Espana Liberal, and then with Blas de Lezo founded Ciudadanos por Valencia.

He was the first vice president of Ciudadanos por Valencia (December 15, 2008), where he later on served as party president.

In January 2009, he became Minister of Culture in Spain with Ciudadanos por Valencia, in alliance with Nueva Espana Liberal. He worked with Bernat Fenollar, from Ciudadanos y Democracia, who was Vice Minister.

In April 2009, he became Vice Minister of Culture with Alvoske -its Minister- proposed by Nueva Espana Liberal in alliance with Partido Otaku Nippon.

Then he moved to the Nueva España Liberal party.

In May 2009, he was Vice Minister of Communication with Gen, in the triumvirate government (a political union in order to deffend eSpain against the Hungarian TakeOver).

In July 2009, he became Minister of Communication of eSpain. Then, he founded the Technology and Design Institute of eSpain, becoming its Codirector.

On August 6th he was elected as Spain President. In August 13th, he resigned from his post of president.

He's been twice on the News Top 1 of Spain, once at Top 2, and once at Top 5.
