In this time, Upper Austria was taken over from Slovenia, so he went to Vorarlberg with help from Mani LeLe. Slovakia took over Austria, and so, Sebastian Winkler couldn't stay longer in Austria. With some of his friends from Austria like Manuel Eckerstorfer he went to England. There he lived for some time. But he didn't get a citizenship. After a time he went to South Africa, because an old friend named Skquall lived there. There he joined the South African Foreigners Unit, short SAFU, with the help of Wilpanzer1. In day 1,377 he joined the Patriot and Sovereignty Union. Some time after this, he went back to Austria. There he joined the ÖIP.
