Sebastian Winkler was born in Mar 31, 2011 in Upper Austria.
In this time, Upper Austria was taken over from Slovenia. Mani LeLe helped him from the beginning on, and showed him how the whole game works. Slovakia took over Austria, and so, Sebastian Winkler couldn't stay longer in Austria. With some of his friends from Austria he went to England. There he lived for some time. But he didn't get a citizenship. After some time he went to South Africa, because an old friend named Skquall lived there. There he joined the South African Foreigners Unit, short SAFU, with the help of Wilpanzer1. On day 1,377 he joined the Patriot and Sovereignty Union. Some time after this, he went back to Austria. There he joined the Osterreich Independence Party.
