Moasta, formerly known as Sebastian Winkler, was a citizen of

Moasta was a long term member of Osterreich Independence Party, joined on April 16, 2011. This is the only party whose membership he had.
Moasta was elected two times in Congress of Austria, served one term as press secretary and one term as Federal Minister of Art and Culture (Community).
