Nationalgardet (Eng. The National Gard) is a libertarian party in Sweden that was founded in april 2009. It uses the abbreviation NG. It's also the largest party in Sweden when it comes to the number of members. It was originally started under ID 73 and later was re-established under current ID - 432.
History
Nationalgardet's history begins when Neppons wins the party president election for MSAP (later known as Folket) in the month of April. This party president victory has been called ”the first coup of MSAP”. Soon after this coup the name was changed from MSAP to Neppoleons Nationalgarde. But after a while, neppons gives MSAP back to it's real members and goes of to form Neppoleons Nationalgarde together with w3st3rb3rg, Panama and Karl Den Tredje.
The first political platform of Neppoleons Nationalgarde is publicized in Karl den Tredjes newspaper. With this political platform Neppoleons Nationalgarde is the first party that recognize that they are not familiar with everything.
The 13th of May at 13:33 an internal vote about a name change is closed. The name that won vas Nationalgardet with it's 5 votes.
In the begining of June w3st3rb3rg leaves his party president post and BertilGurkvatten replaces him and Nationalgardet disappears in the swedish politics for a few months.
The 16th of August Nationalgardet is reunited by Neppons after a discussion between the old members. A while later a political platform is presented.
In the month of september Nationalgardet succeeded for the first time to become the 5th biggest party in sweden and gets to precent their own candidates to the congress election.

Congress
After the election on the 25th of May 2013, NG was the biggest party in the Swedish congress by the number of seats. They had 7 seats and that was 37,6% of the congress.
