Nesan KT, full name Nesan Keihan-Tohoku, widely known as Nesan, was a Spanish citizen. He was born June 10, 2008 in Vitoria Gasteiz, Basque Country, but he lived mostly in Extremadura.
He has been party president of the Ciudadanos y Democracia party for three months, and twice candidate to the Presidency of Spain, but unsuccessful. His actual politics history is quite rich, and information can be read in Spanish version of the article.
When he was member of Partido Otaku Nippon, he become a member of their military unit Fuerzas Armadas del PON.
