Offaly Enterprises was an organization located in the North Carolina region of the USA. The organization operated four companies in three different countries (USA, Ireland, and the UK). The organization is owned by Carter Malloy and [[Mannimarco]. The two owners each own an equal 50% share in the Organization.

Organizational Holdings

The organization was created by Irish citizen Carter Malloy. The organization lay dormant until April 20, 2009 when Carter joined forces with Starks Hayter, Mannimarco, and binksy. The four decided to pay 5 GOLD each to acquire a moving ticket company in Scotland. Thus, Offaly Airlines was born. Since the purchase and inception of Offaly Airlines, Offaly Enterprises expanded, purchasing an oil company in the US, and Iron and Weapons companies in their home country of Ireland.

Offaly Oil

Offaly Oil was a Q2 oil company located in the state of Alaska in the United States. The company employed nine citizens. With Offaly Enterprisesfocus on Oil production, the company decided to crack down on worker health. Worker health was a mandatory 80.

Management Changes

On April 21st, 2009 Offaly Enterprises went through somewhat of a management overhaul. Due to some unfortunate disagreements, Starks Hayter decided to part company with the organization. Starks' departure reorganized the shares of the organization, and the remaining three members now own an equal 33% share.

Organizational Downsizing

On April 30th, a decision was made to downsize the holdings of Offaly Enterprises. It was decided by management that Offaly Firearms, Offaly Iron, and Offaly Airlines would be sold. The decision was seen as a cost cutting move. The organization has decided to focus solely on the oil production industry.

Further Management Troubles

Due to a political disagreement between Binksy and Manninarco, Binksy threatened to rob Offaly Enterprises, fearing Binksy would out carry his threats, Mannimarco changed the password and removed Binksy as a co-owner.

Increased Profits

Since the making of Offaly Enterprises, it has gone through financial difficulties and has never turned a profit, however, around early June Offaly Enterprises started making increased profits for owners Carter Malloy and Mannimarco. This was related to oil increasing in price in America. Since the company has gained stability and steady profit, the owners are considering new possibilities for Offaly Enterprises

Offaly Firearms was a Q1 weapons manufacturer located in the Mayo region of Ireland. The company was created on April 22, 2009. The company ceased operations on April 30th, 2009. It was sold for a cost of 16 gold on May 1st, 2009.

Offaly Airlines

Offaly Airlines was a Q1 moving ticket manufacturer located in the Scottish region of the UK. The company was bought on April 20th, 2009. The company ceased operations on May 1st, 2009, and was sold the same day.
