Old Dominion Holdings was a private holding company with connections to Nick Everdale. Corporations are no longer operational in eRepublik and are considered dead citizens.

Little is known about its internal operations, staffing, business interests, donation history, or relation to other Everdale ventures. The company was founded at some point prior to April 13th, 2009, though an exact date is elusive. As of May 1, 2009, official estimates of the organization's gold holdings range between 30 - 60g, with significant USD holdings.

"Old Dominion"

Old Dominion Holdings received its name from the "Old Dominion" - a nickname for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where Everdale and ODH are based. There are companies and media outlets under the Old Dominion Holdings brand which are not Virginia-based, however.

Holdings

It can be confirmed that ODH manages or exercises some influence over the business dealings of following companies:

Old Dominion Housing

Old Dominion Housing was a construction company based in Virginia, USA which was opened for business on 13 April 2009. In mid-April 2009, Old Dominion Holdings reached out to West Virginia citizen Grapplejack to oversee procurement of timber for future home construction. Grapplejack was provided a Q5 moving ticket and transported to Virginia, but disagreements over pay and timber pricing guidelines led to a collapse in talks.

On June 2, 2009, Old Dominion Housing was upgraded to Q2 and on June 31 were upgraded to Q3.

Old Dominion Wheat

Old Dominion Wheat was a raw materials company based in Kansas, USA which was opened for business on 27 May 2009. It produced Q1 grain for domestic sale.

On June 2, 2009, Old Dominion Wheat was placed up for sale for Icon - Gold.gif 39 GOLD. This followed several weeks of low profit margins, high turnover, and what The Fair Dealer described as "a huge distraction from the blossoming Everdale housing project."

On June 5, 2009, Everdale released a statement claiming reports of Old Dominion Wheat's sale were "exaggerated" and "not based on facts."
