Template:Health Health is one of the most important things in your eRepublik life. You can find your health value easily from your sidebar or profile. If your health is below 10, you cannot "work", "train" or "fight".
Usage of health
Your health decreases from various things:
- working: -10 health/work action;
- training: -10 health/train session;
- fighting: -10 health/fight click;
- moving (in case of usage of a moving ticket): from -4 to -0 health (depending on the quality of the ticket).
Restoration of health
You can raise health instantly by:
- eating food;
- using a hospital in a battle;
- buying a health kit;
- eating an energy bar.
