There were in fact three Pakistan-Indonesia Wars. First War was in fact the largest war which was used for territory swapping to anticipate Romanian invasion, but the real war started after Romanian political takeover of Pakistan (Operation Great Justice). The Second War and the Third War together had only 3 battles and it was probably used only for training.
First War
First War, or the real Pakistan-Indonesia War, started on February 22, 2009 and ended on April 7, 2009. There were 36 battles and 184925 fights. As this was strategic war in which other agenda was on stake, 
Pakistan lost every battle except one, losing at the end 18 regions (9 were former 
Indian, 5 former 
Chinese and 4 original Pakistan regions). Also, interesting fact is then 16 battles were won because President retreated the army.
In first day of war, President of Pakistan retreated from 4 battlefields - Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat and on the second day, February 23 he retreated from additional 3 battlefields - Rajasthan, Northern India and Jammu and Kashmir. All 7 regions were original regions of India. Then there was a three day break.
On day February 26 President of Pakistan has set a world record in retreating from battlefields - 6 regions were handed over to Indonesia in few hours: Chinese regions - Tibet and Xinjiang, Pakistan regions - North-West Frontier Province, Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan. Then a big break of almost 10 days.
War continued on March 6 by attack on Sichuan, former China region. After 13 regions handed over, this was first real battle in which Indonesia won. Then Pakistan tried to retake Tiber on March 7, but they were unsuccessful. March 8 was finally good day for Pakistan soldiers - Second battle for Sichuan which they won because President of Indonesia retreated. Their first and only win in this war.
Indonesia was obviously in shock and Pakistan attacked them with all they got, but unsuccessful. They tried to conquer three regions, Tibet and former Indian region Chhattisgarh were big targets for Pakistan, while former Indian region Karnataka was smaller target, you could called it a diversion. They tried to retake the regions on:
- Tibet (8 battles)- March 10, March 12, March 14, March 16, March 18, March 19, March 21 and March 23;
- Chhattisgarh (5 battles) - March 13, March 15, March 17, March 19 and March 22;
- Karnataka (2 battles) - March 12 and March 20.
After 15 attacks by Pakistan, Indonesia made the final strike and attacked and conquer 5 regions because President of Pakistan again retreated from all battlefields. Final battles were:
- Battle for Kerala, former region of India, on March 26;
- Battle for North Eastern India, former region of India, on March 27;
- Battle for Yunnan, former region of China, on March 28;
- Battle for Sichuan on April 5;
- Battle for Chongqing, former region of China, on April 6.
Note: All mentioned Indian regions were conquered by Pakistan in Pakistan-India War and all mentioned Chinese regions were conquered by Pakistan in China-Pakistan War and Second China-Pakistan War.
