Organization operates almost exclusively in the Balkans, covering markets of Bosnia, Croatia and Serbia with quality produced manufacturing goods. Additionaly, Pantelic a.d. owns an iron extracting company based in Spain: Zeljezara Pantelic.

Pantelić a.d. also runs its own newspapers - Pantelijin Oglasnik.
