Partido Popular Nacionalista, cordially known as PPN, it was an anonymous party in Brazil, founded by Sergio Itagiba, after he dissolved Partido Anarquista.
Manifesto
The National-Populist Manifesto of April 28th 2010 is an open letter of Sergio Itagiba and Jonathan Souque de Souza Fraga, (PPN's founders), to every citizen of Brazil. The letter was published by PPN's official communication system, the A Voz do PPN newspaper.
The Manifesto shows the ideals to a perfect Nation and Government: The Populism, merged with the Nationalism; a Semi-Presidencialist Government, with a Prime-Minister elected by Congress; the Constitutionalism; the Plurpartidarism; and the State Intervention in an economy to regulate it.
