It was then taken back by Poland on the 12th of December 2008 as a result of the [[Polish Independence War]]. Conquered by [[Russia]] on the last day of V1, July 06, 2010 and liberated few days ago. Pomerania is only conquered original region of Poland in its modern history.

Pomerania is a region in Poland and its capital is Gdansk.

History

The region was taken over by Germany during the Germany-Poland War and then again by Sweden in the Second Sweden-Germany War. It was then taken back by Poland on the 12th of December 2008 as a result of the Polish Independence War. Conquered by Russia on the last day of V1, July 06, 2010 and liberated few days ago.
