Mikhail Alexander, formerly known as Rowan Quigley, was born in Australia on December 31, 2009. He moved to many countries during V1 and joined the wiki after a month of playing the game, where he edited and added information to the wiki. Where in July 2010, he became a Uber Editor along with Tim Veltkamp on the same day. He has been editing since then and has added a lot of information to country and citizen pages.
