bimba is a highly successful Bulgarian politician and the first woman Secretary-General of the PEACE Global Community. After serving in the Bulgarian Congress four times and as the Minister for Foreign Affairs four times, she became the fourth Secretary-General and the first woman Sec'y-Gen in alliance history in February 2009. Coming from the tranquil nation of Bulgaria, which has never been invaded or directly attacked, bimba said about Bulgarian contributions to PEACE, "No matter that my motherland has been so peaceful, we are and always will stand behind our allies and help them in our common fights against the oppressors."
