Portal talk:Japan

I'm going to remove this page and merge it with the Japan article. It's a pain to update, duplication of information and unused.--Goku Jones 12:04, 27 February 2010 (UTC) else

I'm fine with it, but be sure to talk about other Japanese editors about this (or well, I don't know if there are anyone else but you and Psi). And remember to place deletion templates on appropriate places when you're finished if you decide to do this.--Icon-Finland.png Kuhaa|sTalk to me! 13:03, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

Ok thank you :) By the way it would just be this page going, the small amount of articles and the tutorial section would be moved into citizen and national pages. --Goku Jones 22:16, 27 February 2010 (UTC)

It's a shame to see this go but I have no objections. What exactly do you have in mind when you say you'll merge this page with the Japan article? Rather than move those mini articles to citizen pages etc, could they be implemented on the main page? I kinda liked that about the portal... I'm talking about the tutorials mainly, and maybe the biographies (which where taken off the citizen pages in the first place...). In theory this is a good idea, but since no one looks at or updates it I've come to the conclusion that it is unnecessary duplication.
Adding portal elements to the main page could be a good solution as long as it doesn't look out of place. --Goku Jones 00:41, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
