Publius was a citizen of the United States of America.
Publius has served as a Vice President, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, two terms as Libertarian Party president, several terms as a Congressman, and as an adviser in multiple cabinets.
As a soldier, served in the National Guard, Marines and as an advisor to the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Publius was also a full member of True Patriots. The True Patriots were a group of die hard Patriots looking to better the American Government through any means possible. They operated from their base in the United States of America and traveled all over the world helping allies who were under attack from an aggressor. They were started in response to global affairs of the time, when no matter the size or position of a country, they could be instantly attacked.
