Rafael Borges is a citizen of Portugal.

He is Portuguese right-wing monarchist politician.

He represented Lisboa, the Portuguese capital, in the national Congress for 7 times, and is now in the CDS-PP party, a centre-right party in Portugal. However, after the Turkish-Macedonian invasion of Bulgaria, he decided to move to Bulgaria to fight for its independence.

His newspaper is the Regnum Portucalensis (Latin for Kingdom of Portugal).
