Citizens can increase their health by purchasing a Health Kit. Each health kit costs  0.5 GOLD and it adds 10 points to your health.

A couple of weeks after Rising was announced, health kits have been revamped:
- Health added to the citizen's health has been decreased from 20 to 10
- Every citizen doesn't have any restrictions regarding the number of health kits that they wish to acquire. A citizen can buy unlimited Health Kits in the Gold and Extras section of the game and on the Battlefield.
However, health kits can only be used if you have less than maximum health. If you have 100 health, you will not be able to acquire any Health Kits.
On the Battlefield
This symbol will appear if there is no other way to refill your health while you are on the battlefield.
Health Kits can be used to increase your health on the battlefield. You can use a health kit to gain 10 health on the battlefield in order to increase your health.
