Sand is a raw material that gives bonus to house and house raw material companies.
It gives 10% productivity increase for these companies (only 5% if the region has no route to the capital). Even if a country owns more than one sand resource the productivity increase will be limit to 10%. To see which regions have sand resource, see region productivities. |
