Sbau was Czech congress member from October 2009 to January 2010. He was candidate for presidency of the Rainbow Alliance in December 2009.

Sbau was Vice President of Rainbow Alliance in February 2010.

After the creation of Czechoslovakia, he became congressman in the first Czechoslovak congress. The day 830 of the New World, he created Czechoslovak party Demokrate.
