In July of 2013 he was elected to Parliament as a member of the Freedom Party (Far-Left Libertarian party) and then was re electing in August as a member of the Reform Party, in September Australia was occupied so there was no elections meaning he was still a member of parliament by default, and in October he was reelected to Parliament as a member of the Australian Parliamentary Party. In April 2015, He announced his return to Australian politics and he came back the day of CP Elections, he has been quoted as saying " -- CP thoughts I want Rusty to become CP and although we are a dictatorship but through negotiation and compromise we are a united people and forever shall we be that. I am now a member of the Aus Democratic Party but also a Full supporter of Rusty and the Communist party.--"
