Stalin-chan was born on April 3rd, 2009.

He was only 2 days old when he served as a Minister of Foreign Affairs. During his term he was able to help negotiate a cease fire between China and South Korea. However, his term was cut short as South Korean rebels stormed the capital in a coup attempt. Stalin and the other cabinet members were able to escape and reached safety across enemy lines in China.

In China Stalin and several other goons including Snayke were pivotal in the liberation of China from Indonesian rule. Working closely with the Indonesian rulers they were able to negotiate its independence and assure its freedom.

Stalin would go on to serve multiple terms as Congress member of China. He worked closely with Snayke as Minister of Foreign Affairs for several terms.

Civil war

During the Civil war Stalin-chan was banished from Snayke's cabinet after he was suspected of being a member of a rebel group seeking to overthrow Snayke.
