Please move this recruitment process to your blog. Wiki is not a place for recruitment. --Icon-Finland.png sampo555 | Talk 05:55, 11 November 2011 (PST)

Meh stop complaing, admins are doing what they want and this is a great place for this kind of information as it also describes what is requested of a moderator in eRepublik ;) --Lonestar The Brave 06:07, 14 November 2011 (PST)
Meh, they shouldn't utterly ignore Wiki rules --Icon-Poland.png Grzechooo drop a line 09:35, 15 November 2011 (PST)

Moderating should be unbiased and based on ingame "conventions".

The announcement says: "The eRepublik Game Moderators Recruitment is currently open. Available positions: Hungarian Game Moderator & Slovenian Game Moderator & Macedonian Game Moderator."

Based on eRepublik in-game practice and conventions so far, the proper wording should be: "The eRepublik Game Moderators Recruitment is currently open. Available positions: 1 Game Moderator from Hungary, 1 from Slovenia & 1 from Republic of Macedonia(FYROM)." or, if you wish to go by citizen terminology, "The eRepublik Game Moderators Recruitment is currently open. Available positions: Hungarian Game Moderator & Slovenian Game Moderator & Republic of Macedonia(FYROM) Game Moderator.".

By using any kind of "Macedonian" term, you are discriminationg against Macedonians from Greece. I will not go into the RL naming dispute, I will only refer to "Macedonia" used in eRepublik as a region and the difference between this and the "Republic of Macedonia(FYROM)" used a country. So by asking for "Macedonian" moderators, you actually are asking for moderators coming from Macedonia, Greece. Please use a more proper terminology since you yourself, with this announcement, are breaking the rules of equality between players and misuse of game terminology. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Makedonissa (talkcontribs)

Thanks for your message! It seems the issue has been resolved. I'll try to get it right the next time :) --"Icon-UK.png Gucio" 07:04, 4 February 2013 (PST)
